The St. Mary’s Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church Sunday School Sydney was established on 18 Feb 2007 immediately after the formation of our congregation.
Sunday school functions after the Holy Qurbana with prayer and a devotional song, with classes from kindergarten to year X, where our children are taught to live and learn in our God.
To inculcate religious beliefs and encourage children’s participation and to develop congregational community fellowship feeling in them, various activities like picture coloring for kindergarten, prayer song, sports and games, elocution, devotionals songs, Bible spotting, Bible quiz, singing competition are programmed and conducted regularly.
